Our Clients
We love our clients and the interesting business problems they bring us!
Here are a few of our favorite projects.
Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse
New Volunteer Orientation
The volunteer manager at the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse had three problems:
Some people are reluctant to sign up without knowing exactly what they’ll be doing and what everything looks like.
The Volunteer Manager trains each new volunteer personally and might occasionally omit a detail or be pulled away to address a pressing concern.
When the volunteer learns that they can’t perform the necessary tasks (such as standing for long periods or walking up and down steps), they sometimes back out at the last minute, leaving the event short-staffed.
To address these problems, Wonderbite Solutions created an interactive online training that new or prospective volunteers can complete at their own pace before arriving for their shift or even committing to volunteer. The training provides a detailed tour of the public areas of the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse, describes the volunteer’s role, and explains the standards of behavior in the Volunteer Code of Conduct. By the end of the training, the volunteer is able to explain their role, navigate the Playhouse, and raise any concerns in time for the Volunteer Manager to address them.
Ear to Ear Magic
Ear to Ear Magic is a travel agency that aims to drive bookings through its daily live streams and other video content. To drive additional bookings related to runDisney events at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, the founder wanted to create content aimed at runners within their broader community.
To encourage interest in runDisney events, Wonderbite Solutions produced a series of 30 short videos following the agency’s founder (Chris) and running coach (Calvin) as they train for the Dopey Challenge at Walt Disney World’s Marathon Weekend. Each video describes that week’s training plan and then provides tips on various aspects of long-distance running, such as selecting gear, planning routes, or organizing travel.
The client drafts each script. Then Wonderbite Solutions creates a final script and all pre-production artifacts, shoots the footage, and completes all post-production work (including video editing and asset creation). A new video is published every Monday to YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook.
Dopey Challenge Training Videos
After many viewers reported frustrations and difficulties registering for runDisney races, the client requested a “how to register” video. In this video, Coach Calvin explains how to complete the registration form and the steps to take (both before and after registration) to maximize the chances for success.
